Practice Areas:

Municipal and Utility Law. Mr. Remund serves as counsel to the Lewis County Public Utility District No. 1, the Chehalis School District, and Boistfort Fire Department. In this capacity he advises the commissioners, manager, and department heads on legal issues.

 Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Guardianship. Mr. Remund has thirty years of experience helping clients with wills, trusts, directives, and powers of attorney. He has also represented Administrators and Personal Representatives in many probate and probate alternatives.

 Business Law. Mr. Remund represents a number of individuals and businesses with business related legal issues. These include business entity selection, formation, operation, and dissolution of sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies. He also advises clients concerning contracts, regulations, and dispute resolution.

 Real Estate.      Rene advises clients concerning real property matters including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, boundary line disputes, timber trespass, easements and land use.


Mr. Remund lives on the family farm in the Boistfort Valley with his wife, Susan. They enjoy frequent visits by their children and grandchildren. He enjoys working on the farm and is a licensed pyrotechnician
